Introduction

This series of bogie annealing furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation furnace, which is mainly used for steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts, welded parts, annealing heat treatment and heating process between room temperature and -900°C.

The strength of the steel structure of the furnace body can be hoisted and transported as a whole, and the furnace door is opened in two forms, up and down lifting type or walking type with the trolley. The loading bogie is electrically in and out, and the internal and external walking adopts the integrated rail connection of the inner and outer tracks, without the need for foundation construction;

All refractory fiber structure (except for the bottom of the furnace), the thickness of the refractory layer is designed according to the furnace temperature of 1000 °C, and the heating element is also designed and selected according to the furnace temperature of 1000 °C, considering the special heating characteristics of the workpiece and obtaining better temperature uniformity in the furnace, the temperature control is carried out in single zone or multiple zones according to the size of the furnace;

The bogie walking cables are protected by drag chains, and the equipment is equipped with a number of safety limiting devices, which can be used safely and efficiently, and the bogie is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace floor to carry the workpiece.
