Introduction

The medium-temperature bogie hardening furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace. The bogie hardening furnace mainly used for quenching and normalizing steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts, welding parts, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.

The strength of the steel structure of the furnace body can be hoisted and transported as a whole, and the furnace door is opened in two forms, up and down lifting type or walking type with the bogie, the charging trolley is electrically in and out, and the internal and external walking adopts the integrated rail connection of the internal and external tracks, without foundation construction;

All refractory fiber structure (except for the bottom of the furnace), the thickness of the refractory layer is designed according to the furnace temperature of 1000 °C, and the heating element is also designed and selected according to the furnace temperature of 1000 °C, considering the special heating characteristics of the workpiece and obtaining better temperature uniformity in the furnace, the temperature control is carried out in single zone or multiple zones according to the size of the furnace;

The bogie walking cables are protected by drag chains, the equipment is equipped with a number of safety limiting devices, which can achieve safe and efficient use, and the bogie is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace floor to carry the workpiece.
