Bogie Hearth Tempering Furnace

Introduction

This series of bogie hearth tempering furnace is an energy-saving periodic furnace, which is mainly used for steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts, welded parts, tempering, aging and heating processes between room temperature and -650°C.

The strength of the steel structure of the furnace body can be hoisted and transported as a whole, and the furnace door is opened in two forms, up and down lifting type or walking type with the bogie. The loading bogie is electrically in and out, and the internal and external walking adopts the integrated rail connection of the inner and outer tracks, without the need for foundation construction;

All refractory fiber structure (except for the bottom of the furnace), the thickness of the refractory layer is designed according to the furnace temperature of 800 °C, and the heating element is also designed and selected according to the furnace temperature of 800 °C. Considering the special heating characteristics of the workpiece and obtaining better temperature uniformity in the furnace, the temperature control is carried out in single zone or multiple zones according to the size of the furnace, and a circulating fan and hot air circulation system are installed in the furnace;

The bogie walking cables are protected by drag chains, and the equipment is equipped with a number of safety limiting devices, which can be used safely and efficiently, and the trolley is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace floor to carry the workpiece.
