Introduction:
Pit-type furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation industrial furnace, the shape of the furnace body and the furnace chamber are generally circular pit structure, suitable for processing long shafts and rod workpieces, and the pit furnace vertically hoists the workpieces from top to bottom for heat treatment to avoid deformation when heating. Due to the different heat treatment applications, the pit furnace can be used for high temperature of 1200°C, medium temperature of 950°C, and low temperature of 650°C. It can be used for heat treatment such as high-temperature quenching, annealing, normalizing, heating, etc., as well as for low-temperature tempering and aging. It is mainly used for alloy steel, high-speed steel, high-manganese steel, high-chromium steel, shafts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts to be normalized, annealed, quenched and tempered heat in the general atmosphere or simple protection, and the deformation of vertically placed or hanging workpieces is small.
Features:
● The shell is made of steel plate and section steel cylindrical furnace body, all sealed and welded, and the lining of the furnace is made of ultra-light and energy-saving vacuum ball bricks.
● The inter layer between the furnace lining and the furnace shell is insulated with acid aluminum fiber felt, and the gap is filled with expanded insulation powder.
● The resistance wire is made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high resistance alloy wire wound into a spiral shape and installed on the furnace brick.
● The electric furnace is equipped with a large fan device to improve the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
● The furnace cover is opened and closed by crane or automatic hydraulic opening and closing mechanism, and has a guide column to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the furnace cover.
● The furnace cover and furnace body are made of high-temperature resistant fiber cotton, which has good thermal insulation performance, saves energy and reduces production costs.
